Our Bismaleimide resin (BMI) is a bifunctional compound with maleimide as the active end group. It not only maintains the excellent fluidity and moldability similar to epoxy resin, making it easy to process and mold, but more importantly, it overcomes the relatively low heat resistance of epoxy resin. Its long-term operating temperature range can reach 177°C to 232°C, and the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the cured product of certain specifications can reach above 340°C. This makes it an ideal resin matrix for manufacturing heat-resistant structural materials and advanced electrical insulation materials.

Standard products offer Tgs ranging from 250°C to 400°C, meeting even the most demanding high-temperature applications. For example, our N,N'-(4,4'-methylenediphenyl)bismaleimide product achieves a Tg of 340°C at 280°C for 10 hours.
2. Broad Processing Window
The curing reaction of Bismaleimide resin is an addition-type polymerization reaction. This process eliminates the release of low-molecular-weight byproducts and is easily controllable. The cured product exhibits a dense structure and minimal defects. Our specialized resin formulations offer low melt viscosity and a wide processing temperature window (148–180°C), making them suitable for a variety of processes, including compression molding, lamination, and injection molding.
