Functions & Properties
As a multi-functional rubber additive, HVA-2 can be used as a vulcanizing agent in the rubber processing process, and can also be used as a vulcanizing agent in the peroxide system. It can also be used as an anti-scorch agent and a tackifier, and is suitable for general-purpose rubber. , also suitable for special rubber and rubber-plastic combined systems.
In neoprene CR, styrene-butadiene rubber SBR, nitrile rubber NBR, isoprene rubber NIR, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber CSM, butyl rubber IR, bromobutyl rubber BIIR, acrylic rubber ACM, silicone rubber In special rubbers such as Q and rubber-plastic rubber, HVA-2 is used as an auxiliary vulcanizing agent, which can significantly improve cross-linking properties and heat resistance. It is suitable for high-temperature vulcanization systems, significantly reduces compression permanent deformation, and can also reduce peroxides. The dosage can prevent the rubber material from scorching during processing and improve the bonding strength between the rubber material and the skeleton material.
HVA-2 powder can also solve the problem of copper sulfide pollution and blackening caused by contact with sulfur-containing vulcanizing agents in copper wires and copper electrical appliances. Currently, it is used as a heat-resistant modifier in the international and domestic adhesive industries, especially in anaerobic adhesives, which effectively improves the temperature resistance of the product.
Dosage: As an anti-scorch agent: 0.5-1.0 parts. As a vulcanizing agent, it is 2-3 parts, to improve compression deformation is 1.5 parts, to improve bonding strength is 0.5-5.0 parts, and in adhesives it is 5-10 parts.
