Polyimide resin PI-BT manufactured by Yangchen Tech is an advanced composite matrix resin, widely used in the manufacture of high-performance composite materials, especially adapted to high-temperature, high-frequency and high-speed copper cladding boards, sealing and loading boards, high-temperature laminates, etc. Our PI-BT can be diluted with organic solvents such as acetone, and has the advantages of high glass transition temperature and thermal stability, very low dielectric loss, excellent solvent resistance, low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE, T- axis), high peel strength of copper foils, and good storage stability.
