Polyimide resin PI-200 is an advanced composite matrix resin, widely used in the manufacture of high-performance composite materials, especially adapted to the manufacture of high-temperature copper cladding boards and high-temperature laminates, etc., which can be used as a substitute for Kerimid 701A polyimide resin. It can replace Kerimid 701A polyimide resin.

PI-200 can be diluted with organic solvents such as acetone, and has the advantages of high glass transition temperature and thermal stability; excellent solvent resistance; low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE, T-axis); high peel strength of copper foil; good storage stability.

Technical Indicator

The mechanical properties, thermal stability and electrical properties of PI-200 are comparable to those of Kerimid 701A.
