Phenylmethane bismaleimide BMI-200 (Other name BMI-2300) is a high performance thermoset resin for demanding aerospace, electronics, adhesives and composite applications. It is known for its very high thermal stability, mechanical strength and chemical resistance.BMI-2300 manufactured by Yangchen tech is typically supplied as a tan crystalline powder. It cures to form a hard glassy network with a very high glass transition temperature and very few volatile by-products.

- Aerospace & Defense: Advanced carbon/glass fiber composites for aircraft/spacecraft structures (fuselage, wings, engine parts). High-temperature adhesives and sealants for bonding structural components in extreme environments. Its high Tg and low CTE mitigate thermal warping in multilayer structures.
- Electronics & Electrical: High-performance PCB laminates and substrates – BMI-200 raises Tg and lowers dielectric loss in multilayer circuit boards. Encapsulation and potting compounds for semiconductors and power modules (excellent thermal insulation and protection). High-temp insulating coatings and encapsulants in aerospace/automotive electronics.
- High-Performance Adhesives & Coatings: Formulation component for structural adhesives and sealants (metal-to-composite bonds) in aerospace, automotive and industrial applications.
